Dr. Amoroso is Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Pain Medicine.  He is a member of the Interventional Spine Intervention Society and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.  Dr. Amoroso has been the Chairman of Anesthesiology at Jersey Shore University Medical Center for more than eleven years where he has maintained a clinical practice in both Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management.  He earned his Medical Degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey Medical School and completed his residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Medical Center in Philadelphia.  Dr. Amoroso is a distinguished Clinician and Physician leader.  His clinical skills, empathy and compassion for his patients have resulted in a stellar reputation among patients and referring Physicians.
